One Account Per Person

Each player may hold exactly one active jeetbe account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances. Accounts must be registered in the player's own legal name and verified with a valid national ID or passport.

jeetbe is strictly an adult platform. Players must be at least 18 years of age to register, deposit, play, or withdraw. Age is verified at registration and again before the first withdrawal. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals are closed and any deposits are returned where possible.

Bonus Wagering Requirements

All bonuses on jeetbe carry a minimum wagering requirement before winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. 1. Definitions

The following terms have the meanings assigned to them below when used throughout this document. Where the context so requires, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

Age Restriction — 18+ Only: Access to jeetbe's Services is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. It is a criminal offence in many jurisdictions for persons under the age of 18 to engage in gambling activities. jeetbe takes its age-verification obligations seriously and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.

During the registration process you will be required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, a mobile phone number, and a password. jeetbe uses this information to verify your identity, process payments, and communicate with you regarding your account. Account registration is completed when jeetbe confirms acceptance of your application by email or in-platform notification. jeetbe reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. A declined registration creates no obligation on the part of jeetbe.

KYC Verification: Before processing your first withdrawal, jeetbe will request KYC documentation — typically a clear photograph or scan of your national ID card (NID) or passport, and in some cases a recent utility bill or bank statement for address verification. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documents within 30 days of a withdrawal request being raised will result in the request being cancelled. 3. Account Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By holding a jeetbe account, you accept responsibility for all activity conducted through your login credentials. You are required to keep your username and password strictly confidential and to notify jeetbe immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. jeetbe cannot be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your login details.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jeetbe platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account at jeetbe's sole discretion. jeetbe further reserves the right to report such conduct to relevant authorities where applicable law requires or permits:

Bonus Abuse: Opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements; structuring deposits or wagers to exploit promotion mechanics.
Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino games, or any other multi-player format — including chip-dumping, signalling, or coordinated betting strategies.
Use of Automated Software: Deploying bots, scripts, macros, or any form of automated betting software to interact with jeetbe's platform without prior written authorisation.
Fraud and Chargebacks: Initiating payment chargebacks or reversals after deposits have been credited and wagered; providing fraudulent payment details; using stolen or unauthorised payment instruments.
Money Laundering: Using the jeetbe platform to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds for the purpose of laundering money or concealing the proceeds of criminal activity.
Exploiting System Errors: Deliberately taking advantage of software bugs, pricing errors, or system glitches that produce inaccurate odds, payouts, or game outcomes. Winnings resulting from known system errors are void and will be reversed.
Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration, KYC verification, or any other communication with jeetbe support staff.
Underage Access: Providing false date-of-birth information to circumvent age verification controls.

jeetbe employs automated fraud-detection tools and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Players under investigation may have withdrawals placed on hold pending the outcome of the review. jeetbe will communicate the outcome and any applicable action within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms

jeetbe processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank direct transfer, and BRAC Bank direct transfer. 4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though jeetbe reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits.
Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to a player's account balance within 60 seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.
jeetbe does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your mobile financial services provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges — these are outside jeetbe's control.
Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. jeetbe will return any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account and may suspend the receiving player account pending investigation.
If a deposit is not reflected in your account within 15 minutes of the transaction, contact jeetbe support via live chat with your transaction reference number for prompt resolution.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. If a player has used multiple methods, withdrawals default to the method associated with the largest cumulative deposit.
Standard withdrawal processing time is 2–24 hours from the point at which the request is approved following KYC verification. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or pending compliance review.
jeetbe does not charge a withdrawal fee. Mobile financial service providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply their own cash-out fees per their published rate schedules.
Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is fully completed and approved. Players are encouraged to complete KYC promptly after registration to avoid delays when their first withdrawal is requested.
jeetbe reserves the right to conduct enhanced due-diligence checks on large or unusual withdrawal requests. Such checks may extend processing times by up to 5 business days.
Real-money balances that have not been wagered at least once (i.e., deposited funds never used to place a wager) may be subject to a processing review before withdrawal is authorised. This policy exists to prevent money laundering through the platform.

Currency Note: All balances, wagers, winnings, and promotions on jeetbe are denominated in BDT (৳). If you deposit using an international card (Visa, Mastercard) in a currency other than BDT, your card issuer will apply a foreign exchange conversion at their prevailing rate. jeetbe does not apply its own conversion markup.

5. Bonus & Wagering Requirements

jeetbe offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this section, as well as any additional promotion-specific terms disclosed at the point of opt-in. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

Bonuses are credited to the Bonus Funds portion of a player's account balance and are ringfenced from real-money funds until all applicable wagering requirements are met.
The Welcome Bonus (100% match up to ৳20,000) carries a wagering requirement of 20x the combined deposit and bonus amount. For example, a player who deposits ৳5,000 and receives a ৳5,000 bonus must wager a total of ৳200,000 (20 × ৳10,000) before any winnings derived from the bonus become withdrawable.
Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Any unmet wagering requirements and associated bonus funds will be forfeited at the expiry of this window.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Players may opt out of a bonus at any time by contacting support. Opting out before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus funds and any winnings accumulated from those funds being removed from the account.
Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.

5.2 Promotion Eligibility

Each promotion is available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated. Duplicate accounts created to claim multiple instances of the same promotion are a violation of Section 3 of these Terms.
jeetbe reserves the right to withdraw a promotion offer at any time prior to a player opting in, and to modify the terms of an ongoing promotion with reasonable notice.
Seasonal promotions (Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season) are subject to specific campaign terms published on the promotions page at the time the campaign is active. General bonus conditions apply where campaign-specific terms are silent.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing a wager or participating in any game on jeetbe, you agree to the following general rules that apply across all game categories. Individual game categories (sports betting, live casino, slots, jackpot fishing) may be subject to additional category-specific rules published within the relevant section of the platform.

6.1 General Wagering Rules

All wagers are final once confirmed. A bet or game round cannot be cancelled or reversed once the player has submitted it and received confirmation from the platform.
Wagers may only be placed using funds available in the player's real-money balance or bonus balance, up to the applicable maximum stake limits. jeetbe does not offer credit betting.

6.2 Sports Betting

jeetbe reserves the right to void any sports bet where the odds were clearly displayed in error (i.e., manifestly incorrect relative to the true market price). Players will be notified of such voids and their stake returned.
If a sports event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum required period of play is completed, all unsettled bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned, unless otherwise stated in the market rules for that sport.

6.3 Live Casino

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
